For 1 Year from the shipping date, Reach Sleep will replace your TAO free of charge in case of in-mouth material breakage that is not the result of any modifications that could alter the normal use of the device.

Discount
If any reason, except a lost device, and if no new impressions are required, Reach Sleep will replace your TALO device at a 50% cost within the first 1 Year of shipping date.
Reach Sleep provides a 12-month warranty from the shipping date to the device provider, ensuring the TAO device is free from material and workmanship defects.
Within the first 60 days from shipping, Reach Sleep will replace the device at no cost.
For up to 12 months from the shipping date, Reach Sleep will replace any device at no charge if there is in-mouth material breakage, provided no modifications have been made that affect the device’s normal use.
For any issues other than in-mouth breakage, and if no new impressions are required, Reach Sleep will replace the device at a 50% cost.
If new impressions are needed, the warranty will be void, and a new device will be billed at full cost.
The warranty does not cover lost devices. The replacement will be the same model, and all replaced devices must be returned either before or after the replacement.
Product Warranty
Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the TAO oral appliance and provides coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
- Device Materials: 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Device Components: 12 months for components such as rudders and set screws.
What Is Covered
- Breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Manufacturing defects that compromise fit or function.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
- Loss or theft of the appliance.
- Wear and tear, including discoloration or degradation from regular use.
- Improper fit caused by dental changes, such as tooth movement, weight fluctuations, or medical procedures.
Warranty Claim Process

- Return Authorization: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the defective device.
- Evaluation: Our team will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Resolution: If approved, the device will be repaired or replaced at no cost. If the issue is not covered, you may be provided with repair or replacement options at a discounted rate.
Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
- ReachSleep is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Care and Maintenance Requirements
To maintain your warranty, you must:
- Follow all care instructions provided in the user manual.
- Avoid exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals.
- Schedule regular check-ups with your dental provider.
